LUCY LEVENSON
​Folk artist

I create pictures using embroidery on fabric, or painting on paper and board. I work in a very colourful folk art style, getting inspiration from history and my travels. I also work on private commissions. I teach workshops, and give talks about my work. 
I have been featured in many magazines worldwide, including Country Living, The Simple Things, Sew Magazine, Crafts Beautiful & Homespun.

Textile Art

Using vintage fabrics as a base, I embroider pictures. I paint onto fabric, and then embroider it into the picture.
